Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?

No. Fusial's AI does the work of a senior associate, and that's expensive to run, so we don't offer a free tier. Book a demo if you'd like to see it work on a real contract before you sign up.

What counts as a paid seat?

Anyone who interacts with a contract uses a paid seat. Viewer roles can read but can't comment, redline, or assign. Any collaboration requires a full seat.

Are AI features usage-metered?

No token meters and no surprise overages. Triage, redline drafting, the negotiation copilot, and the AI review agents are all included in the seat price.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Pay annually and you get two months free, invoiced up-front. ACH and wire are supported. Pay-as-you-go monthly billing is also available with no minimum commitment.

Can I migrate from another CLM?

Yes. We import from Ironclad, ContractWorks, DocuSign CLM, and plain Google Drive folders. White-glove onboarding is available on enterprise deals.

How do you handle account security?

Every workspace ships with admin-enforced 2FA across the team. Admins can disable email OTP if they want to require an authenticator app for everyone. SOC 2, SSO, and SCIM are on the roadmap for our enterprise tier.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Export everything as .docx and JSON whenever you want. We don't hold your data hostage. It's a product feature, not a retention strategy.

Is there an enterprise plan?

For 50+ seats with custom procurement, security review, or red-line MSAs we offer an enterprise tier. Pricing stays per-seat. Book a call and we'll send a quote within a day.
