Fusial extracts the key terms from every contract automatically — but when a clause is worded unusually, or you simply know better, you shouldn't be stuck with a value you can't change. You can now edit the details Fusial pulled from any contract.
- Edit what the AI extracted — open Edit details from the contract's actions menu to adjust the AI brief and the key terms: effective date, term length, auto-renewal, governing law, contract value, currency, and payment terms
- Sensible controls — auto-renewal is a simple Yes / No / Unknown choice, and values are validated on save so a typo can't corrupt a term
- Keeps the rest in step — change the effective date, term length, or auto-renewal and Fusial recomputes the contract's obligations, and updated values flow through to analytics and everywhere the contract's terms appear
- Available once analysis is done — the option unlocks as soon as Fusial has finished extracting a contract
