You'll work across the Fusial app and API, owning customer-facing features end-to-end. Expect to ship to production in your first week.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features that touch the editor, the AI pipeline, and the dashboard
- Make sharp product calls — we don't have a PM layer between engineers and customers
- Drive technical direction in your area, including hiring people you'd want to work with later
- Help shape how a small team scales without losing the things that make it good
What we're looking for
- 1+ years building and shipping production web applications
- Strong product instincts — you can tell a 10-minute idea from a 10-week one
- Comfort across the stack
- Care about the experience of the people using your software
Nice to have
- Experience with rich-text editing (ProseMirror, Slate, Tiptap)
- Familiarity with the LLM application landscape — RAG, evals, latency tuning
- A previous early-stage startup
